Mindful Breathing: Start slow, breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth for 6 seconds each cycle/let your breath flow easily without forcing your breath
Let your thoughts pass by/be still for a minute/focus on your breath
As you breath in allow the air to fill you with life/as you breath out allow the breath to release tension
Listen to a piece of music you have never heard before/close your eyes/try not to focus on the genre or details of the music/ignore any labels and allow yourself to follow the path of the music/Even if you do not care for the music at first, let go of your dislike and give your awareness full permission to climb inside the track and dance among the sound waves.
